My client is a leading Civil Engineering company who are working on large projects in Ireland and Mainland Europe. They are seeking a Civil Project Manager to join their team on a Data Centre project in Belgium.

My client is adaptable on rotation, which I am happy to discuss with potential candidates.

Duties:

- Lead delivery across civil, structural and architectural works
- Manage subcontractors and site teams
- Ensure delivery in line with programme, quality and budget
- Ensure health & safety at all time
- Coordinate closely with site teams and client stakeholders

Requirements

- Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or relevant experience on large civils projects
- 7+ years’ experience delivering large-scale civils projects
- Experience on data centres
