Seniority: Medior (3–8 years of experience)

A strategic project is underway to implement Veeva Clinical Data Vault (EDC & CDB) over 2026–2027. The objective is to deploy, validate and integrate these solutions to support clinical study data collection and data cleaning.

As an IT Subject Matter Expert, you will play a key role throughout the implementation, working at the intersection of technical and business teams. You will support system configuration, validation and integration activities, contribute to testing and validation documentation, and work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Work in an Agile environment with 2-week sprints
- Create and maintain validation documentation
- Write and execute test scripts and test cases
- Support system configuration and implementation activities
- Participate in sprint planning and status reporting
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
- Contribute to integration and validation activities

Requirements

- Strong expertise in Veeva Clinical Data Vault (EDC & CDB)




- Proven experience with Veeva Vault implementation and validation
- Experience with system integrations, both Veeva and non-Veeva
- Ability to create validation documentation and test scripts
- Experience working in GxP-regulated environments
- Veeva Vault Administration certification – required

- Strong communication skills across both technical and business environments
- Autonomous, proactive and quick to adapt
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment

Nice to have

- Experience with other Veeva Vault products, such as Clinical Operations or Safety
- Experience with integrations such as Pinnacle 21, CluePoints, RTSM or metadata systems
- Knowledge of APIs, data migration or integration tools

Working arrangement

- Fully remote
- Very limited onsite presence, only for occasional workshops
- Candidates can be based anywhere in Europe, excluding the UK and Germany
