TRR is currently working with a leading organisation in Brussels to recruit an experienced SAP Functional Analyst specialising in WM/EWM.
This is a technical/functional position suited to an experienced SAP professional who can work across SAP WM, EWM and MM, with strong hands-on knowledge of ABAP and debugging.
You will be responsible for analysing business and system requirements, assessing potential solutions and delivering changes across the SAP landscape, while ensuring the continued stability, maintainability and quality of the solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse change requests and requirements, including estimating workload, cost and delivery implications.
- Identify and assess different technical and functional solution options.
- Analyse the impact of proposed changes on existing SAP systems and processes.
- Design and implement appropriate solutions based on agreed specifications.
- Carry out SAP developments and adaptations where required.
- Use ABAP and debugging skills to investigate and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain and update technical and functional documentation.
- Develop test plans and coordinate or supervise testing activities.
- Ensure quality control and support the deployment of changes.
- Investigate and resolve incidents and problems.
- Help ensure service continuity, system stability and long-term maintainability.
- Work closely with relevant business and technical stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle.
Essential Experience
- 10+ years of experience working with SAP WM.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of SAP EWM.
- Good experience with SAP MM.
- Experience with SAP PM would be beneficial.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of ABAP and debugging.
- Proven experience working as a SAP Functional Analyst, SAP Functional Consultant or Technical/Functional SAP Consultant.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Proven experience analysing requirements and translating them into effective SAP solutions.
- Experience with testing, deployment, incident management and ongoing SAP support.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
