Stroom has been exclusively appointed by Alpha Trains to recruit a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator.

Alpha Trains is a leading European leasing company for locomotives and passenger trains. From its office in the Nieuw Zuid district of Antwerp, the company focuses on a fleet of approximately 500 locomotives operating across Europe.

Within Alpha Trains, the Services Team plays a key role following the purchase and delivery of a locomotive. The team ensures that locomotives are correctly registered, maintenance contracts are properly followed up, and all operational and regulatory requirements are met.

As Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator, you will take on a broad coordinating role within the team, combining day-to-day responsibilities with project-based work. You will manage locomotive energy data and registrations, ensuring that energy consumption, operators and maintenance partners are correctly registered in each European country. You will also follow up on inventory administration and the logistical movements of spare parts, optimize processes together with the external warehouse partner, and coordinate questions or issues relating to GPS systems,



energy meters and other digital applications. Accurate monitoring of data, documentation, regulatory requirements and deadlines will be central to your role.

We are looking for a highly accurate and proactive professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex administrative and operational processes. You have at least three years of experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service or administrative support and are comfortable working with data, contracts and multiple stakeholders. Previous experience within the rail sector is a strong advantage.

You will join a varied position in which you can bring structure and take ownership. You will combine administration, logistics, technology and compliance with both operational responsibilities and project-based challenges. Thanks to frequent international contact with customers, suppliers, authorities and maintenance partners, no two days will be the same. English is the main working language, and you can expect an attractive remuneration package with at least 35 days of annual leave.
