In this global leadership role, you shape medical strategy and evidence generation for immunology therapies across their lifecycle. You will drive high-impact science, engage world experts, and influence treatment paradigms to address unmet needs. You’ll work at the interface of science and strategy within a cross-functional team, contributing to regulatory and access planning and governance. This is a chance to scale cutting-edge therapies and help redefine immune-mediated disease care.

• Lead and execute the global medical strategy
• Design and oversee evidence generation plans (RWE, registries, IITs, post-marketing studies)
• Drive scientific engagement with external experts, investigators, patient groups and societies
• Provide medical leadership for congresses, advisory boards, publications
• Collaborate cross-functionally to inform clinical development, regulatory, access and launch
• Monitor emerging data and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities/risks
• Represent Global Medical Affairs in governance forums and strategic decision-making




• Ensure compliant communication of evidence and uphold medical governance
• Act as SME in cell and gene therapies and evolving autoimmune disease treatment approaches

Responsabilidades
• Advanced scientific or clinical degree such as Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Pharmacy or equivalent; medical degree preferred
• Significant experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare with increasing scientific/medical responsibility
• Proven expertise in immunology or autoimmune diseases
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration in a integral matrix
• Experience in scientific engagement, evidence generation and strategic medical planning
• Strong knowledge of regulatory, ethical and compliance requirements in medical affairs
