Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead the government affairs and advocacy efforts for Spain and Portugal, aligning policy work with corporate goals. You will engage with MPs, officials, and healthcare stakeholders to shape policy and support business objectives. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to advance public policy campaigns. implement and manage Government u0026 Public Affairs strategies and campaigns; oversee consultants • Represent Intuitive in industry associations and with external organizations to advocate policy goals • Collaborate with third-party organizations and advocacy groups to build policy allies • Ensure messaging and activities align with broader public affairs and company objectives • Synthesize complex policy issues for executive audiences and key stakeholders • Attend meetings, events, and conferences to represent the company’s Government Affairs perspective • Manage external government/public affairs firms as needed Responsabilidades • 8–10 years of experience in Public Affairs • Demonstrated advocacy and communications skills in government/policy settings • Healthcare policy experience and familiarity with government decision-making • University degree • Fluency in Spanish; good Portuguese and English • Willingness to travel up to 30% across Spain, Portugal, Europe, and the US HQ • Strong analytical, writing, negotiation and presentation abilities • Ability to work independently and across international teams • Experience in a global corporate environment • Willingness to take on responsibilities outside core scope Requisitos principales •
