Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the analytics function to empower decision-making across 13 markets. You will coach a small team, shape AI-enabled analytics, and translate business needs into scalable data products. You will partner with senior leaders to uncover opportunities, run experiments, and deliver clear, actionable insights. This is a strategic, impact-driven position at a fast-growing global healthcare platform.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead and grow a 2–3 person analytics team using agile practices
• Coach analysts to develop technically and professionally while focusing on impact
• Coordinate with global and local stakeholders to ensure work aligns with priorities
• Drive AI-first analytics through upskilling and reusable code libraries
• Partner with VP roles to understand business gaps and surface opportunities
• Lead deep-dive analyses to explain causes and prescribe actions
• Plan and analyze experiments (A/B tests and beyond) to inform decisions
• Build and maintain scalable data models and automations
• Develop dashboards in Looker and/or Tableau for non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure outputs align with BI standards and address data gaps
• Translate business needs into requirements for BI, Data Platform and Product Analytics
• Create an interpretation layer for AI-generated insights for end users
• Deliver market performance insights to senior stakeholders
Responsabilidades
• Degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or similar)
• +5 years analytics experience including +1–2 years in a leadership role
• Very good SQL skills (BigQuery preferred)
• Python is a plus
• Experience designing automations and scalable data models
• Experience establishing AI-first ways of working (shared libraries, GitHub architecture)
• Ability to translate complex data into business language for non-technical audiences
• Hands-on experience with Looker and/or Tableau
• Knowledge of basic statistical modelling and A/B testing
• Experience working cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders
• Professional fluency in English (Spanish a plus)
• Based in Madrid or Barcelona preferred (remote-first team)
