Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead Real-World Evidence studies to support Ju0026amp;J Innovative Medicine’s clinical programs. You will work with cross-functional partners to develop an evidence portfolio from real-world data, shaping insights that inform regulatory submissions and patient outcomes. You’ll apply advanced analytics to RWD, design studies end-to-end, and translate complex methods for diverse audiences. This position offers the opportunity to influence neuroscience-focused development within a leading healthcare innovator.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and manage a portfolio of RWE projects leveraging real-world data to inform pipeline assets
• Incorporate emerging scientific and technological advances to generate new research ideas using real-world data
• Lead end-to-end RWE studies: research questions, data feasibility, study design, analysis, programming, and interpretation
• Analyze data to support urgent stakeholder requests and ensure timely delivery
• Ensure rigorous design, execution, and publication quality of RWE studies and related models/tools
• Create study protocols, statistical analysis plans, and statistical programming deliverables
• Convey highly technical methods and results clearly to diverse audiences to drive decision-making




• Align RWE generation with regulatory requirements and scientific standards

Responsabilidades
• Ph.D. or Master’s in a quantitative field (e.g., biostatistics, AI Data Science, Bioinformatics) with 2+ years (Ph.D.) or 4+ years (Master’s) in relevant roles
• Experience designing and executing studies using real-world healthcare data (claims, EHRs, registries)
• Hands-on data engineering and data analysis experience
• Proven track record delivering high-impact data science projects
• Expert proficiency in R or Python; knowledge of SPARQL and Cypher
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience delivering predictive modeling, machine learning/deep learning, or forecasting
• Familiarity with drug discovery and clinical development in oncology, immunology, neuroscience, or ophthalmology
• Hands-on experience with graph neural networks and graph ML methods
• Bioinformatics experience in a biological/disease context with pathway or enrichment analysis
