In this role you drive the profitable growth of ABB offerings by managing the product lifecycle from development to go-to-market and beyond. You will align portfolio strategy with market needs and division goals, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Ru0026amp;D to shape positioning and pricing. You’ll analyze market and customer data to identify opportunities, lead cross-functional innovation, and ensure product availability and performance. • Analyze market, competitor, and customer trends to identify opportunities and translate insights into strategy
• Drive development and optimization of the product portfolio and lead cross-functional innovation activities
• Develop and execute go-to-market, channel, and pricing strategies with Sales, Marketing, and partners
• Monitor sales, profitability, inventory, and market trends to support growth and availability




• Build strong customer relationships and gather market feedback to improve products and solutions
• Initiate and support product training and clear communication of value propositions

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related field with strong automation background
• Several years of product management experience in industrial automation (strategy, lifecycle, GTM)
• Familiarity with Automation systems and machinery market
• Analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills (Ru0026D, Sales, Marketing, Operations)
• Effective communication and leadership with entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluency in English; German is an asset; willingness to travel up to 25%
