Experteer Overview
In this role, you join the General Service Installation Team to build a world-class service organization for our Netherlands branch. You will perform on-site hardware installation, racking, cabling and initial validation, while coordinating with engineering for seamless integration. You provide first-line technical support and handle service tickets, with travel to client sites as needed. You will shape the implementation and troubleshooting process to ensure reliable, enterprise-grade server solutions for diverse customers. This role offers hands-on impact in a fast-paced, international service environment.

• Perform physical installation, rack and stack, cabling and networking of data center hardware
• Assist with implementing server, storage and network equipment
• Coordinate with engineering to ensure seamless hardware integration
• Ensure hardware installed per specifications and conduct post-installation testing
• Provide first-line technical support to end users via phone, email and ticketing system




• Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams as needed
• Travel locally and internationally to installations and on-site problem solving

Responsabilidades
• 5 years of experience servicing complex X86 systems in a datacenter environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering (or comparable level)
• Strong English; Dutch is a plus
• Good understanding of Windows and Linux environments
• Knowledge of scripting (Bash, PHP, Python) is a plus
• Strong diagnostics and hardware analytics; understanding BIOS and drivers issues
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade server hardware
• Willingness to travel up to 40 km around ’s-Hertogenbosch and to client sites
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, solution-oriented, team-based environment
• Onsite customer service mindset
• experience with on-site break/fix scenarios
• Basic understanding of data center cabling and networking
