Experteer Overview In this role you will monitor Amazon's integral EV charging network, quickly respond to incidents, and coordinate remote support to minimize downtime. You will work 24/7 with cross-functional teams to diagnose issues, analyze performance data, and drive improvements for reliability. The position supports sustainability goals under the Climate Pledge by ensuring charging infrastructure performs reliably for our transportation network. This is a hands-on, collaborative role that combines technical troubleshooting with proactive optimization.
