Location: Barcelona, Spain – World Trade Center
Work model: Hybrid, Monday–Friday
Languages: German C2 + high-level English
Salary: €26,000 base + €4,000 performance bonus, with accelerators above target
Relocation: Flight + private studio accommodation, subject to availability

Join TP as a Google Ads Sales Executive, onboarding and advising German-market clients while driving revenue growth through PPC campaigns, outbound sales and upselling.

Requirements:

- 2+ years in sales and/or marketing preferred
- Strong Google Ads/PPC and digital marketing knowledge
- Excellent understanding of the German market and business culture
- Comfortable with outbound sales, KPIs and client relationship management
- CRM and AI-tool experience
- Knowledge of GDPR/data privacy
