As a Workday Success Plans Consultant, you help customers maximize value from Workday applications through targeted, practical guidance. You work closely with cross-functional teams to demonstrate benefits, troubleshoot configurations, and tailor adoption paths. You’ll deliver micro consulting, webinars, and one-on-one coaching to drive feature adoption and customer success. This role combines deep Workday expertise with clear, engaging communication to translate complex concepts into actionable outcomes. You’ll join a supportive team that values learning, collaboration, and delivering business impact at scale.

• Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts
• Deliver small-scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations
• Troubleshoot product configurations to meet customer requirements
• Communicate responses and value clearly to customers
• Create and deliver customer presentations on using Workday features (Accelerator Webinars)
• Provide tailored one-on-one guidance to guide customers toward success (Optimization Packages)
• Offer one-on-one guidance to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator)
• Review customer tenants for adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)
• Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s) and stay current with Workday roadmap




• Engage with customers on industry practices and trends
• Help create new programs to drive feature adoption
• Deliver additional Customer Enablement services such as Office Hours and configuration reviews
• Support deployments including full Workday feature implementations
• Travel up to 20%
• Maintain a customer-centric attitude and collaborative mindset

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of IT implementation experience
• 5+ years of experience with Workday Financials Reporting (composite reporting, building reports)
• 2+ years of software consulting experience
• Workday Certification or ability to certify in Workday Reporting, Workday Financials, or PRISM
• Ability to rapidly learn Workday concepts and explain new features to customers
• Strong multitasking and ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience (advanced degree preferred)
• Ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
