Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the strategic evolution and operational excellence of Swiss Re’s ServiceNow APM and related ES M capabilities. You partner with the Product Owner to align platform roadmaps with business objectives, governance, and security, while delivering end-to-end, scalable ServiceNow solutions. You translate requirements into designs, lead initiatives with DevOps and stakeholders, and identify AI opportunities to create measurable value. You thrive in a federated, matrix organization and shape the portfolio through data-driven insights and governance.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Act as senior product and platform expert for ServiceNow APM and related capabilities (GRC, SOPM, SACM) with strong platform and integration knowledge
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmaps, and backlog prioritisation aligned with architectural standards
• Identify and integrate AI capabilities into ServiceNow solutions delivering business value within governance and security limits
• Design and lead end-to-end ServiceNow solutions and complex platform initiatives for scalability and long-term sustainability
• Define configurations, workflows, data models, integrations, and custom apps across APM and related capabilities
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Assess platform capabilities and gaps, drive optimization, automation, and continuous improvement




• Collaborate with Product Owners, DevOps, stakeholders and vendors throughout delivery lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, data governance, and data lifecycle management
• Proactively identify emerging ServiceNow capabilities and best practices to inform the roadmap
• Define dashboards, KPIs and analytics to enable data-driven decisions and promote ServiceNow best practices

Responsabilidades
• Extensive experience in enterprise IT with at least six years specializing in the ServiceNow platform
• Proven experience in large, complex, integrated ServiceNow environments
• Strong background in APM, Policy Exception Management, SOPM, and SACM
• Hands-on delivery experience with strategic initiatives end-to-end
• Experience working with external partners or system integrators in long-term engagements
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow data models, workflows, integrations, dependencies, and reporting
• Understanding of emerging AI capabilities within ServiceNow and their practical enterprise applications
• Ability to provide strategic, data-driven recommendations grounded in platform realities
• Solid understanding of IT service management frameworks (ITIL)
