You will shape monitoring processes, tools, and governance while driving change and transformation across the organisation. Responsabilidades
• Degree in life sciences, business, operations or related discipline
• Experience delivering innovative approaches in clinical trials and operations
• Deep understanding of clinical trial oversight, monitoring practices, and regulatory expectations
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders globally
• Experience using data, analytics and insights to drive continuous improvement and decision-making
• Excellent communication, collaboration and change leadership in matrix organisations
