This role is ideal for candidates with cloud certifications, strong infrastructure support experience, and a passion for cloud operations, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise infrastructure services.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical or operational support forAzure and/or OCIcloud environments.Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, cloud, networking, identity, and end-user issues.SupportMicrosoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Entra ID .Administer and supportWindows Server , hybrid cloud infrastructure,Intune , andSCCM/MECMenvironments.Monitor infrastructure, manage incidents, and support operational activities followingITILpractices.Assist withPowerShell automation , backup, disaster recovery, security, and access governance.SupportVMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, and SAN storageenvironments.Contribute to cloud migration, transformation,
