As Senior Data Modeler, you own the design and governance of enterprise data models built on Data Vault 2.0 within a Medallion Architecture. You act as the authoritative voice on data structure, semantics, and integrity for the Finance domain, aligning models with business needs and analytical consumption. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into precise, implementation-ready specifications and uphold modeling standards. This role offers meaningful impact in a science-led company focused on health, nutrition, and beauty, with opportunities to grow technical depth and influence data architecture at scale.

• Design and govern the integrated vault and analytical layers, ensuring historical accuracy and readiness for analytics.
• Define the modeling approach per business domain and determine layer structure based on requirements.
• Provide clear, implementation-ready model specifications for data engineering teams.
• Translate complex business needs into formal data models with SMEs and product owners.
• Collaborate with BI/analytics teams to ensure consumption-ready structures meet reporting needs.
• Establish and enforce modeling standards, naming conventions,



and metadata practices; maintain a living data model catalog.
Responsabilidades
• Proven leadership of the full Data Vault modeling lifecycle from concept sessions to physical design.
• Deep Data Vault 2.0 expertise and strong dimensional modeling skills for analytics.
• Experience governing models across historized and consumption layers with clear contracts.
• Solid understanding of Medallion Architecture and layer responsibilities.
• Ability to produce unambiguous, implement-ready specifications for engineering teams.
• Experience bridging business and technology to formalize domain knowledge into data structures.
• Proficiency with data modeling tools and awareness of ETL/ELT patterns (without owning development).
• Excellent documentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with SAP data structures and business object models, including ECC vs S/4HANA considerations. xqbhyrx
• 5-8 years in enterprise data modeling roles with experience delivering scalable, governed models in cross-functional settings.
