In this role you provide frontline support for trade-finance tools, manage incidents and updates via ServiceNow, and contribute to digitalisation and process improvements across the region. You work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, train users, and support migration projects. Your efforts help boost operational efficiency and user satisfaction in a dynamic trade-finance environment. You will be part of a regional team delivering reliable support and continuous improvement.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide first-line support for Dwings and related trade-finance applications
• Analyse, log and coordinate incidents in ServiceNow with accurate updates




• Communicate resolution status to users and stakeholders
• Deliver Dwings training and assist with migration projects
• Prepare activity reports for management and partners
Responsabilidades
• University degree
• Good understanding of Guarantees products
• Knowledge of Atlas, xqbhyrx EPS, Aval..., TDR
• Strong Word/Excel skills
• English C1 level; French is a plus
