In this role you lead organizational strategy and operating model design for complex, multinational clients, shaping transformation programs from strategy to governance. You will work with senior leaders to align structure, people, and culture, driving sustainable value and behavioural change. You’ll manage diverse engagements, coach leaders, and contribute as a subject matter expert across regions. This position offers exposure to high-impact transformations and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a integral consulting firm.

• Define and scope solution architecture for transformations as needed
Responsabilidades
• Master's degree or Doctorate plus 7–10+ years in consultancy or client HR/OD in large/high-impact settings
• Experience solving and leading large-scale transformation and strategy implementation in multinational organizations
• Strong change management leadership and project team leadership
• Track xqbhyrx record of winning new business and expanding existing accounts
• Solid business acumen and advising senior executives across industries
• Technical depth in change management, transformation, strategy development/implementation, or organizational design
• Analytical capabilities with experience using analytics in large-scale interventions
• Financial literacy and experience working across multiple countries/geographies
• Experience advising in Financial Services, Industrial, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Technology, or Public Services
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and build strong client relationships
