This encompasses the thorough understanding and meticulous tracking of all service dependencies and proactive lifecycle management.Application management (Maintenance and Support, SLA, Incident-, Problem-, Release/Test-, Risk-Mgmt, Documentation)Business Analysis, Solution Design and implementation/deployment of Changes/Enhancements in cooperation with the software vendorImplementation and Testing of Product ReleasesProject assignments (Data migrations, impact analysis)Team head deputy role for a larger team, which is mainly based in ZürichYOUR PROFILESound knowledge of MS Windows Server environments and ETL Tools, MS SQL, reporting and scriptingExperience with end-of-day processing (AWA), communication between applications and modern interfaces (APIs, IBM MQ)Confident interaction with business stakeholders, system engineers, database administrators and external solution providersKnowledgeable about security aspects of applications and incident/change/release management processes within large companies in the financial sectorFirst experience as a Team Head preferred
