As a Data Domain Expert within TD SYNNEX’s Global Product Data Management team, you own a defined business data domain (Sales, Procurement, or Finance) and champion data quality, governance, and continuous improvement. You collaborate with stakeholders, owners, and technical teams to set data standards and enable reliable decision-making across Europe. You will translate business needs into data solutions and drive cross-functional data initiatives. This role offers ownership of complex data processes with meaningful impact on operations and transformation.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own a specific business data domain and serve as the main contact for domain-related data initiatives
• Define, maintain, and improve data governance standards, processes, and business rules
• Monitor and ensure data quality (accuracy, completeness, consistency, usability) of critical data
• Collaborate with Data Quality, Data Maintenance, Pricing, Operations, and Business Units to resolve data issues and drive improvements
• Translate business requirements into data solutions and support implementing data strategies across functions
• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities to enhance data efficiency, reliability, and scalability
• Build relationships with stakeholders across departments and manage data ownership, priorities,



and governance
• Support cross-functional projects involving master data management, data harmonization, and business transformation
• Provide guidance to business users on data standards, policies, and best practices
Responsabilidades
• 3-5+ years in Data Management, Master Data, Business Operations, Data Governance, Business Analysis, Procurement, Finance, or related field
• Experience with business data and its impact on operations and commercial processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause identification
• Proven track record of process improvement and structured ways of working
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage priorities xqbhyrx in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to challenge and influence
• Experience with databases, data analysis tools, data visualization platforms, or data governance frameworks
• Professional proficiency in English (mandatory); Spanish a plus
• Experience supporting Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, CRM, or Customer Data processes
• Understanding of sales data structures and commercial business requirements
