As Digital Product Portfolio Director, you shape DNV's portfolio of digital products and data-driven solutions for critical energy infrastructure. You will lead a platform-centric transformation, aligning investments and product direction with business goals and customer needs. Your work spans product lines, platforms, markets, and lines of business, driving value, growth, and competitive advantage. You will partner with Product, Technology, and Commercial teams to guide strategy, governance, and portfolio optimization, while influencing senior leaders with market insight and credibility.

• Define and own the long-term digital product portfolio and platform strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
• Lead transformation of independent product lines into a cohesive, platform-driven ecosystem with clear identity and scalable operating model
• Coach and mentor product teams, implementing best-practice product management and ensuring portfolio-wide customer value and growth
• Drive portfolio investment, prioritization, lifecycle decisions, balancing innovation, platform development, and rationalization
• Establish strategic governance across the portfolio to align roadmaps with technology and business priorities
• Assess portfolio performance, identify gaps and risks, and recommend optimization to maximize customer and commercial value




• Act as principal strategic advisor to Product, Technology, and Business teams on investment decisions and long-term direction
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the portfolio evolves with customer needs and market dynamics
Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in Digital Product Management, including at least 5 years in Product Portfolio Management with proven scaling and optimization experience
• Proven ability to coach and influence Product Managers and implement best practices across diverse teams
• Experience delivering results through cross-functional collaboration and alignment of product strategies with portfolio objectives
• Experience in the energy sector with understanding of customer challenges, market dynamics, xqbhyrx and digitalization trends
• Track record in defining and executing product and portfolio strategies with measurable outcomes
• Strong expertise in portfolio management, strategic prioritization, investment planning, and product rationalization
• Deep understanding of platform-based product models and ecosystems leveraging shared capabilities and data
• Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial acumen with exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
