As a Senior Business Analyst at Roche, you bridge the Software Asset Management (SAM) team and technology delivery to turn licensing, compliance, and asset workflows into concrete technical specifications. You will own end-to-end technical BA workstreams, assess SAM tools, and steer implementation and integrations that automate SAM processes and cut costs. You thrive in a multi-disciplinary setting, aligning business needs with engineering and data architecture. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead end-to-end technical BA workstreams translating SAM needs into engineering backlogs and specifications
• Perform root-cause analysis on SAM tooling and data pipelines; define integration mappings and technical requirements
• Conduct tool capability assessments, fit-gap analyses,



and platform evaluations to drive SAM tool implementation
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment between SAM business leads and software engineers, data architects, and vendors
• Translate long-term SAM roadmaps into scalable technical implementation plans
• Navigate multi-product environments with CMDBs, cloud platforms, discovery tools, procurement engines, and SAM platforms
• Demonstrate deep SAM knowledge (ISO xqbhyrx 19770, license entitlement modeling, cloud cost management) with hands-on technical execution (APIs, data flow, SQL)
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or Business Administration
• 5+ years of Business Analysis/Consultancy experience
• 至少3年在生命科学/制药领域或所支持的业务职能拥有相关经验
• Experience translating requirements into strategic implementation plans
