In this role you lead the Environmental Center of Competence for Siemens Gamesa Wind Power, driving best-in-class environmental performance globally. You collaborate with senior leaders across Technology, Operations, and wind on sustainability goals, and you oversee knowledge sharing to raise environmental competence. You guide regulatory expectations, waste management, and lifecycle impacts, while ensuring accurate environmental data reporting. You contribute to audits, certifications, and external engagement to uphold ISO 14001 and related standards. This role offers impact at scale within a mission-driven wind energy organization.

Responsabilidades
• Extensive experience in Environmental Management within energy renewables or similar sectors
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and international management systems (e.g., ISO 14001)
• Excellent organizational, teamwork, and attention to detail abilities
• Proven track record in driving process performance and improvements across complex, global structures xqbhyrx
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with diverse stakeholders
• Robust analytical capabilities and proficiency with data-driven tools to translate insights into strategy
• Power BI or similar data visualization skills (explicitly mentioned)
