In this role you will strengthen the resilience of Eurofins' global IT infrastructure by leading business continuity and IT risk initiatives. You will work with IT Risk Management and cross-regional teams to assess risks, design resilient systems, and drive action plans, ensuring operations withstand evolving threats. The position combines technical depth with stakeholder communication to support the company’s mission of safe, reliable testing services. A meaningful opportunity to shape how IT supports a general scientific network.

• Design, plan and execute global BC and IT resilience projects
• Lead comprehensive continuity and resilience assessments across the organization
• Develop and improve BC planning methodologies and IT risk assessment frameworks
• Track implementation of continuity and risk mitigation actions across departments

• Communicate findings and recommendations through clear reports for technical and non-technical audiences

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in Business Continuity Management, IT Risk Management, and cybersecurity
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, development practices, and security controls
• Solid understanding of firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM/SOAR, data center operations, xqbhyrx and network design
• Independent, structured, and confident with strong negotiation skills
• Excellent English communication skills for diverse audiences
• International mindset with openness to occasional business travel
