As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting clients by managing their orders, providing guidance, and assisting with first-level technical and product-related inquiries.
You'll work on-site in a vibrant office environment, engaging with clients via CRM systems and SAP tools.
What you will do
Handle incoming customer calls using the CRM portal
Create quotations and process orders through the SAP system




Communicate delivery timelines and manage expectationsProvide product guidance based on catalogue-level knowledge
Deliver first-level technical support and help customers identify the right solutions for their needs
What we are looking for
Fluent or bilingual in Dutch & French, with advanced English skills
High school diploma or equivalent (minimum required)
Interest in technical topics and a willingness to stay on the project long-term (2+ years)
Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and commercial awareness A business-focused mindset to support effective engagement with customers

21 000€ year (gross)
