Airbus offers more than 70 vacancies for our full?time graduate program in Spain, beginning 5 October **** and ending 1 October ****.
We are looking for recent graduates from various disciplines who want to develop a professional career in the aeronautical sector.
Program Overview
The selection process will run from April **** to July ****.
The program combines an 11?month internship at Airbus with a Master's study organized in three training blocks, providing training in the most in?demand skills.
Internship Job Description
Support tasks associated with the Industrial Qualification of Special Processes, including participation in development of Industrial Qualification (IQ) Technical plans.
Review Industrial Qualification Technical Reports.
Conduct on?site process audits as operational needs permit.
Develop audit reports and follow up on the closure of non?conformities.
Perform data and trend analysis, monitoring status and pending actions.
Contribute to specialised internal and innovation projects focused on advanced materials and manufacturing processes, including sealants, assembly, composites and electrical manufacturing.
Gain a comprehensive overview of the department's core activities in advanced technological fields such as composites, assembly and sealants, with cross?functional exposure to Quality, Manufacturing Engineering and Supply Chain teams.
Industrial Qualification activities will be conducted both within the supply chain and in the internal manufacturing plants, focusing on assembly, electrical manufacturing processes and composite technology.




Use industry?standard tools, including SAP, Google Workspace and specialised internal systems such as Normaster, SNT and IQ management tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Degree in Engineering and/or Science.
Level B2 English.
General knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
Analytical and problem?solving skills.
Team spirit and strong collaboration skills.
Ability to work in complex and international environments.
