Responsibilities
Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email or live chat, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Handling and resolving customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, aiming for first-contact resolution.
Providing product and service information to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and promptly.




Upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing and potential customers, aiming to meet sales targets.
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference and analysis.
Requirements
Native German
Experience in Customer Service preferred but not mandatory
Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.
Soft Skills, advanced Active Listening and Engagement
