The role
Were looking for aFinance Systems & Automation Leadto own and scale the technology behind our Finance function.
Youll work acrossFinance, Data and Engineering, turning business needs into smarter systems, automated workflows and reliable integrations.
Youll have real ownership of the roadmap and the freedom to improve how things work.
What youll do
Own and evolve ourERP and finance systems, with a strong focus on NetSuite.
Automate core finance processes acrossO2C, P2P and R2R.
Design and manage integrations between the ERP, internal tools and data platforms.
Turn finance requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Lead finance systems projects from idea to implementation.
Improve the quality, accessibility and reliability of financial data.
Evaluate new tools and technologies, balancingbuild vs. buydecisions.
Partner with Finance, Data and Engineering to improve the overall systems architecture.
What were looking for
4+ years inFinance Systems, ERP, Business Applications or Finance Transformation.
Strong experience withNetSuite or a similar ERP.




Good understanding offinance and accounting processes.
Hands-on experience withintegrations, APIs and automation.
Comfortable withSQLand financial data.
Experience withPython, SuiteScript or similaris a plus.
Strong project ownership and stakeholder management skills.
Someone who enjoys solving messy problems and turning them into simple, scalable solutions.
Bonus points
Experience withiPaaS, dbt, BI tools, SaaS environmentsor scaling finance systems internationally.
