ProSource are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a leading building contractor who are continuing to grow with a strong pipeline of projects across Europe. This role is based on a major project in Spain and offers an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level Quantity Surveyor to gain valuable international project experience with a well-established contractor.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;
Assist with the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports
Support the commercial team in managing subcontractor packages
Assist with procurement, tendering, and contract administration
Monitor project costs and support cost control measuresAssist with valuations, variations, and final accounts
Liaise with project teams, subcontractors,



and suppliers
Maintain accurate commercial records and reporting
Ensure projects are delivered within budget

To be successful in your application you will possess the following;
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline
1-5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Good communication and organisational skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Experience working on construction projects is essential
