Setopay SL is a Payment Service Provider based in Marbella. We work with international merchants across iGaming, fintech, and high-risk sectors. We move fast and we expect the people around us to do the same. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who has actually worked in payments, fintech, or a similarly demanding commercial environment. This is not an entry-level role. What you will do Own the day-to-day coordination of the sales pipeline — lead tracking, follow-ups, documentation, CRM hygiene Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and onboarding documentation Chase outstanding items internally and externally without being asked twice Keep sales reports and performance tracking accurate and up to date Identify gaps in the sales process and flag them early What we require Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, or a similar role — in payments, PSP, fintech, SaaS,
