What will you do?

- Support the structure and execution of non-recourse and limited recourse financing for PV and BESS projects across multiple geographies.
- Create and analyze financial models for large-scale projects, including cash flow projections and returns analysis.
- Support transaction negotiations, including term sheets, financing agreements, and commercial documentation.
- Prepare project budgets, financial forecasts, and reports, working closely with senior team members.
- Evaluate potential investments, conducting due diligence, and understanding decision-making in project finance.
- Prepare presentations and documentation for lenders, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project expenses, perform variance analysis, and manage ongoing financial performance.

What do we need?

- Bachelor's or Master's program in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Finance / Structured Finance, or related duties within the renewable energy sector.
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, risk assessment, and transaction execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial modeling is a plus.
- Advanced level of English and Spanish.
