Job Description
We are looking for a lawyer with approximately seven years’ experience in the field of intellectual property for our Barcelona office.Requirements

Degree in Law. Member of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB).
Seven years’ experience in the Intellectual Property department of a law firm.
Experience in extrajudicial and judicial proceedings (civil, criminal and administrative) in different areas: trademarks, designs, copyright, unfair competition, business secrets, with knowledge of patents also valued. Experience processing IP applications and registrations: suspensions, oppositions, appeals, applications for nullity and revocation and other related procedures before the different IP offices and institutions at national, EU and international level.
Expertise managing and coordinating trademark and design portfolios.
A very high level of English is essential.
