B-wa ter animation studios is looking for a talented and motivated Junior Animator to join the production team working on Paluten , an exciting animation project developed within a professional Blender-based production pipeline .
This opportunity is idóneo for an animator with at least 1 year of experience in the animation or film industry who is looking to develop their professional skills while contributing to a high-quality production.
As a Junior Animator, you will work closely with Directors, Leads and fellow artists to create engaging and expressive character animation based on storyboards and animatics. You will take assigned shots through the animation process, from initial blocking and posing through refinement and final polish, while maintaining the project’s established visual style and production standards.
The successful candidate should have a strong foundation in animation principles, a creative mindset and the ability to take direction, respond positively to feedback and work effectively as part of a collaborative production team.
