What are we looking for?
We are looking for a

IT Service Owner DBA specialized in Oracle19c and PL/SQL

with a strong background in the

banking sector . This role requires a highly autonomous professional who can take ownership, proactively solve complex challenges, and operate independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Location:

Hybrid. Madrid city center (Sol area). 3 days a week in the office.
Language : English is a must. Spanish desirable.

Key Responsibilities
Strong expertise in

Oracle PL/SQL and DB19
Hands-on experience with

system integrations, interface management, and scripting . .
Proven experience in the

banking sector

and/or

wealth management projects.




English Level required: C1

Nice to Have
Experience with

Java , including

Spring Boot .
Background in

Kafka and/or IBM MQ
Knowledge of

REST APIs , JSON, and XML.
Experience across the

application lifecycle , including

CI/CD pipelines .
Knowledge of deployment and orchestration tools, particularly

Octopus Deploy

(Jenkins is a plus).
Experience working with

GitHub and/or GitLab .
Knowledge of

SWIFT messaging .
Understanding of

investment products and financial instruments .
Experience within

financial markets or capital markets environments .

Work schedule
Business Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.
