Join our expert team to work on a Healthcare sector initiative, contributing to the creation of a transversal Data Engineering organization supporting multiple internal products and stakeholders. You will apply your knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, stakeholder management and continuous improvement to help teams deliver high-value data solutions while promoting Agile maturity and collaboration.

How do we make this happen?
With people. Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months.

And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI.



You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

What you will bring

-
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master within IT development environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, stakeholder communication and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Hands‑on experience with JIRA, Confluence or similar Agile delivery tools.
- Fluent English and Spanish and ability to collaborate with geographically distributed
