What Youll Do; As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of modern production and automation equipment.

Depending on the project and employer,



your responsibilities may include:
* Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical installations.
* Diagnosing and resolving technical faults to minimize downtime.
* Inspecting, testing, and optimizing machines and production systems.
* Working with PLC-controlled equipment, conveyors, robotics, and automated production lines.
* Supporting production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
* Recording maintenance activities and reporting technical findings.
* Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.
* Following all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
* Collaborating with engineers, operators, and fellow technicians in a multidisciplinary team.
