In this role, you’ll help bring Nike’s Field of Play vision to life in Spain and Portugal by educating and inspiring frontline retail teams and partners. You’ll collaborate across the South Retail Marketing function to deliver seasonally aligned and ongoing education for running, and to ensure retail staff champion Nike’s mission, brand, and innovation. You’ll co-create localized experiences, share best practices with regional teams, and drive close alignment with brand objectives. This role blends education, relationship-building, and market insights to fuel Nike’s vision on the ground.

• Equip Firstline of retail as Nike’s Trusted Voice and inspire communities through sport
• Partner with the South marketing team to deliver Nike’s brand and business objectives in Spain u0026 Portugal
• Collaborate with the full South marketing team, cross-functional partners, Nike Direct, MPUs (South and EMEA), and EMEA EKIN to share strategies and best practices

Responsabilidades
• Deep passion for the brand, mission, and innovation
• Prior marketplace xqbhyrx marketing or training experience with focus on innovation
• Experience in training delivery, project management, and digital content creation (advantageous)
• Understanding of the Spanish consumer and Nike’s position with a track record of strategic marketing decisions in this environment
• Willingness to adapt in an agile fashion to consumer and organizational needs
• Fluent in English and Spanish
