As Marketing u0026amp; Communications Manager for the Iberia market, you drive regional marketing strategy and execution aligned with HQ goals to boost brand visibility, desirability, and market share. You lead cross-functional campaigns across 360 digital, social, PR, events, and CRM, shaping a seamless client journey in collaboration with local and regional teams. You will own local CRM initiatives and partner with the HQ to maximize impact through innovative, customer-centric marketing. This role is a chance to influence a luxury brand’s growth in Iberia through bold, integrated programs.

• Lead and activate regional marketing plans aligned with HQ/region strategies and resources.
• Ensure flawless execution of marketing plans to support commercial objectives and partner strategy.
• Define and run 360 marketing strategies (Social, Digital, Media, KOL, PR) with a strong local CRM focus.




• Plan and execute regional events (product launches, boutique openings, exhibitions) in collaboration with HQ.
• Manage media relations and PR with HQ and local agencies, including evaluation and benchmarking.
• Oversee local COOP media strategy with HQ, monitor results and optimize opportunities.
• Lead trade marketing activities to support sales and brand presence at all retail and wholesale points.
• Oversee visual merchandising guidelines and displays for consistent brand representation.
• Oversee budget, supplier management, and performance reporting for marketing initiatives.
• Act as cross-functional project leader to ensure a smooth client journey and 360 touchpoints.
• Drive new Clienteling strategy with CRM tools and objectives for acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Collaborate with CRM HQ to define and track CRM KPIs and loyalty metrics.
