Dutch Google Ads Sales Executive | Barcelona

Location: Barcelona, Spain – World Trade Center
Work model: Hybrid, full-time (39 hours/week)
Languages: Dutch C2 + high-level English
Salary: €23,876.19 gross/year + up to €3,407.56 bonus
Relocation: Flight + private studio accommodation, subject to availability

Join TP as a Google Ads Sales Executive, onboarding and advising Dutch-market clients while driving revenue through PPC campaigns, outbound sales and upselling.

Requirements:
- 2+ years in sales and/or marketing preferred
- Strong Google Ads/PPC and digital marketing knowledge
- Excellent understanding of the Dutch market
- Comfortable with outbound sales, KPIs and client relationship management
- CRM and AI-tool experience
- Knowledge of GDPR/data privacy
