The position:

The main purpose of the role is to drive the AFH Snacks Independent agenda (Trade/Shopper Marketing & Perfect Store) with the objective to accelerate channel growth by identifying growth platforms,



defining channel executional priorities and best in class execution.

Responsibilities
- Execute the Perfect Store strategy across the AFH independent channel in line with the commercial calendar, portfolio priorities and channel objectives.
- Analyze execution KPIs and identify opportunities to improve in-store execution.
- Coordinate the development, production and deployment of POS materials and visibility assets.
- Develop and execute channel‑specific activations and consumer promotions.
- Partner closely with the Sales team to ensure flawless execution of commercial initiatives, promotions and new product launches.
- Support the development and optimization of the portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment between brand positioning, category roles and channel needs.
- Cross‑functional project coordination (marketing, supply, commercialization...) for the launch of channel initiatives, ensuring clarity of scope, timelines
