We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Consultant specializing in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)/Plant Maintenance (PM) , to join our ERP practice. This role involves working with diverse clients across industries to design, implement, and optimize integrated ERP solutions. As a consultant, you will contribute to solution architecture, process design, and end-to-end project execution.

Client Engagement & Delivery

- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions across EAM/PM domains.
- Lead workshops, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprinting.
- Deliver high-quality SAP configurations, testing, training, and documentation as per project methodology (Agile/Waterfall).

SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance




- Design and implement asset lifecycle processes including equipment master data, maintenance plans, task lists, work order management, and failure analysis.
- Enable clients to improve asset reliability, minimize downtime, and comply with safety and regulatory standards.
- Integrate with SAP IAM tools to support mobile maintenance and operational efficiency.

Project Management & Support
- Support solution design documentation, cutover planning, and hypercare activities.
- Provide post-go-live support, change management guidance, and knowledge
