Skills and Competencies
- 3+ years of SaaS implementation experience, ideally within a financial institution or financial software organization focused on business intelligence and data analysis
- Strong experience delivering client-facing software implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution configuration, stakeholder management, and training




- Experience with RESTful APIs and data integration technologies; familiarity with SOAP APIs is preferred
- Knowledge of customer relationship management and enterprise resource planning platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP
- Basic understanding of coding principles including JSON, HTML, API integrations, and data analytics tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in Italian is preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands‑on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI‑powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.
