Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant – Madrid

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join a growing ServiceNow team in Madrid.

This is a highly technical, hands-on position for someone who can combine strong ServiceNow development and configuration skills with project delivery, solution design and problem-solving capability.

The adecuado candidate will have progressed beyond pure development or configuration and will be comfortable taking ownership of technical solutions, understanding customer requirements and translating them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure and develop ServiceNow solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Work across the full lifecycle of ServiceNow projects, from requirements gathering and solution design through to implementation and delivery.
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and workflows,



ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with best practices.
- Provide technical input into solution architecture and support the design of complex ServiceNow implementations.
- Work closely with customers, business stakeholders and internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify practical solutions.
- Support integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems where required.
- Contribute to technical documentation, solution design and project deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance to other members of the ServiceNow team where appropriate.
- Present technical solutions and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in technical workshops, discovery sessions and customer discussions.
