As aSenior Project Manager – Avionics / Electronic Systems (Development Phase)you will be responsible for theend‑to‑end execution of complex, multi‑national projectsin the aeronautics and defense domain during thedevelopment phase.

You will:
- Leadproject and program executionfor sophisticated electronic systems (hardware, firmware, software).
- Ensurealignment with customer expectations, maintaining a high level oftrust and satisfaction.
- Drivecross‑functional coordinationacross engineering, industrial, supply chain and external partners.
- Implementstrong governance and project controlin a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

What we’re looking for





Experience & technical background
- 10+ years of project management experience, including leadership ofcomplex technical projects / programs.
- Proven experience inaeronautics, defense or highly regulated industries(strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated success managinginternational, cross‑functional projectswith multiple stakeholders.
- Strong experience insupplier managementandproduction follow‑up.
- Solid understanding ofelectronic systems development:Hardware and/orembedded systems.
- Product lifecycle milestones (e.g.PDR, CRD, TRR, QR).
- Experience managing projects withhigh technical complexityandcapacity/resource constraints.

Languages
- Fluent English(spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Frenchis a strong plus for interaction with local teams, suppliers and customers.
