MiniMed is seeking a seasoned collections and dunning lead to design and implement cross-market strategies. You will map current processes, define the target dunning program, and configure S/4HANA FSCM requirements while developing practical playbooks for consistent execution across markets.
You will later run and optimize the daily collections workflow, approve payment plans, coach collectors, and produce KPIs such as DSO and overdue percentages.
