About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition through both inbound and outbound sales activities. You will identify potential clients, understand their business and advertising needs, present tailored solutions, and manage the sales process through to closing.

Curiosity, commercial drive, a customer-centric approach, and a strong interest in digital advertising are key to succeeding in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting, including cold calls,



email, and social selling.
- Generate new business opportunities and build a strong, qualified sales pipeline.
- Conduct needs analysis and present AI-powered advertising solutions tailored to clients' business goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and customer success handover.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional solutions where appropriate.

Requirements
- C1 level of German and B2 level of English.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and the digital advertising ecosystem.
- Experience in pre-sales and lead qualification.
- 2-3+ years of experience in B2B sales,
