This request is for a replacement Manufacturing Production Team Leader within the Reinosa plant's generator manufacturing unit. The role is critical for providing direct, on-the-floor supervision to a team of production workers, ensuring operational continuity and adherence to production targets. To meet these objectives, this role definition focuses on three core areas: direct team leadership and performance management, oversight of daily production operations, and the enforcement of quality and safety standards. This structure ensures the team leader effectively manages their team to deliver on key manufacturing metrics. Given the focus on operational execution and team supervision,

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Supervise daily activities of the manufacturing production team to meet established production targets.
