About the Role
As the Social Media Marketing Creative, you will develop creative marketing concepts that build awareness, engagement, and user interest around the messenger. You will combine a strong understanding of social media with a marketing mindset, turning the product’s personality, features, and use cases into campaigns that attract attention and support user acquisition.
You will own creative marketing execution across key social channels, from campaign concepts and copy to short-form video and promotional assets. Your work will directly influence how the product is positioned, discovered, and understood by its target audiences.
Responsibilities




- Develop creative social media marketing concepts and campaigns for the messenger;
- Create platform-native marketing ideas for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube Shorts;
- Develop short-form videos, static visuals, carousels, stories, scripts, captions, and campaign assets;
- Turn product features, updates, and FinTech topics into clear, engaging, and commercially relevant marketing content;
- Build and manage a consistent social media marketing calendar around product launches, campaigns, and business priorities;
- Monitor online conversations, trends, formats, competitors, and emerging platforms to identify creative marketing opportunities;
- Develop attention-grabbing concepts, hooks, and communication angles that differentiate the messenger from competitors;
- Collaborate with product, design, performance marketing, and communications teams;
- Test creative concepts, messaging, formats, and call
