BalearBoatService, an established yacht management company active on the island since 1995, is looking for a car mechanic and a boat mechanic on a full-time basis to start as soon as possible. With our workshop located in Son Castelló and our office in Calanova, our daily operations span Palma and the southwest region of Mallorca. In this role, you will carry out a broad range of mechanical and technical duties across Palma and the southwest coast of Mallorca:
- Performing regular inspections, maintenance, and repair work on vehicles or boats depending on your specialty
- Carrying out technical diagnostic tasks and troubleshooting directly in the workshop in Son Castelló or on-site
- Handling maintenance work independently, reliably, and with care for client property
- Coordinating with the team to ensure efficient and timely completion of technical service orders





To ensure smooth daily operations and uphold our high service standards, you should bring the following qualifications:
- Solid prior technical knowledge and verifiable practical experience in vehicle mechanics or marine mechanics
- High level of reliability, loyalty, and a strong personal drive to deliver quality work
- A well-groomed, professional appearance and good manners when dealing with clients and colleagues
- A valid driver's license
- Residing in or near Palma is an advantage, though not strictly required
